ABOUT POND’S POOL SPA
Our roots run deep in the community — long before Pond’s Pool Spa, the Pond family operated Pond’s Pool Patio, owned by Geraldine Pond, who served local homeowners with care and craftsmanship in Tsawwassen, BC.
Owner Marc Pond has been leading and mentoring within the pool industry since 1983, continuing the family legacy. Following in his uncle’s footsteps, Brandon Pond has been learning the business since 2008 and is now a part owner. He specializes in equipment service, repairs, and leak detection, bringing technical expertise and a commitment to reliable solutions. Brandon’s wife, Abby, manages the office and handles all customer communications, ensuring every call and inquiry is answered promptly.
Our team expands during the summer with additional staff led by our renovations expert, James Shepherd. With over four years of experience from the UK and more than ten years with us, James brings outstanding skill and project leadership.
We are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable — and we’re proud to carry forward a family tradition of quality service in the Lower Mainland.
